Ballard’s restructured November 2011 to allow us to return to these basic principles. This restructuring was so important to us that we gave up our telephone number and acquired (231) 753-2110 as our new primary telephone number . We did this so we could better serve our customers by returning to the basic business practices that have kept us going 60 years.
